                                           Saturday and Sunday by appointment only
                                           While we will gladly work around your schedule and available to you 24/7, 
ervices requested outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be subject to additional fees.

How Can I Determine if your Company is Reliable?
Ask Lory! is licensed and bonded in the State of Texas. We are also a member of the International Concierge and Errand Association.

What can a Personal Assistant/Concierge do for me?
A Personal Assistant/Concierge is someone that can free up your day taking care of the tasks you either don’t have time for or just don’t want to do.

Can I Afford this Service?
Ask Lory! offers affordable packages and hourly rates to fit nearly every budget.  

How Soon Can I Expect a Call Back or an Email Reply? 
I regularly check voicemail and email messages throughout the day.  In most instances you’ll hear back from me on the same day.

What Forms of Payment do you Accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, all major credit cards via PayPal and Venmo.

I Need Help with Something but it's not on your List.  Can you Help?
Don’t see what you need listed? Ask Lory! I will do my best to meet your specific request or refer you to someone who can.

What Areas do you Service?
My office is located on the Northwest side of Houston, Texas; however I work the entire Southeast Texas area and special requests may be accommodated for extended travel areas. The first 10 miles are included with service, 55 cents per mile thereafter, plus an hourly rate.

How Far in Advance do I Need to Book your Services?
In order to create a functional schedule for all clients, 24 hours notice is preferable for most services.  I realize this is not always possible and therefore will do my best to accommodate same day requests.

Terms of Service
Clients are charged an hourly rate for all services and related mileage within the normal service area. Payment is expected at the time of service unless alternate arrangements are made in advance. I do not mark-up third party purchases made on behalf of the client.

is pleased to offer Military families a discount of 10% and Seniors 65+ always receive a 15% discount on all services.

Personal Information
First and foremost, all information regarding clients of Ask Lory! is held in the strictest confidence and will not to be sold or released to any outside source.  The protection of your privacy and personal information is my top priority.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations less than 48 hours will result in a minimum payment according to the requested service. Cancellation fees for contracted special events will be billed per the Event Contract.

If Ask Lory! cannot gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, the client will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Refer a new client and receive 1 hour FREE upon their completion of a booked service.
